Sustainable Living Solutions
Tuesday, May 22 from 6:30 pm - 8 p.m. RSVP below!
Our city is rife with natural resources, including Lake Michigan, the Chicago River and the abundance of green space. The cities health and wellness depends on people’s consciousness to reducing waste, minimizing pollution and shifting towards renewable energy.
At this Community Pop-Up we will have guest speakers Cam Davis (Democratic nominee for MWRD) and Zero Waste Chicago to discuss the importance of our contribution to the sustainability of our Earth and the impacts we have when we are sustainably-conscious.
This event is free and open to the all. You do not have to be a 40th Ward resident to attend. Gross Park is an ACCESSIBLE park. Enter on W. Lawrence past Talman Avenue on the north side of the street.
The 40th Ward Community Pop-Up is a monthly series to gather neighbors and chat about impactful ways to enact change and growth in our evolving communities.
